Abstract

Enterprises are fundamental units of manufacturing or trading services within the framework of a country's economic system. The main components of a company are the people, the raw material or the material that processes it, the technology it uses, the product or service it offers and the environment where it works.

Small and medium enterprises are considered to be a kind of economic instrument that has great influence on the country's economic development, especially the role of small and medium enterprises is very important in countries with transition economies such as the case of Kosovo and other states that are in this phase. Through the development of small and medium enterprises in one way or another helps the country by reducing the number of unemployment, filling the state budget with financial means from taxes etc.

In small and medium enterprises, a significant amount of permanent tools are collected, even shooting tools, although they vary from time to time, are always present. In addition to the merger of capital, within the economic subject, the work of individuals is also joined, as an element of production and as a creative force, with a special role in the organization sphere.
